TRAINING

The AGIP four-year professional training in psychotherapy covers the breadth of psychoanalytic thinking, comparing and contrasting most of the major theorists in the field of clinical practice - past and present. It provides the opportunity for its trainees to discover their own position as psychotherapists.

The course includes theoretical, clinical, and experiential elements and leads to professional membership of AGIP and registration with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) in the Council for Psychoanalysis and Jungian Analysis (CPJA).
